This pretty and very quaint town has huge character and it really is a perfect location for a day to the seaside or to visit for a relaxed laid-back holiday. It has something to offer everyone. We always visit Wells during the carnival week as its jam-packed with, mostly free entertainment. There is live music, film on the green, lots of kids entertainment and so much more.

Trogir was voted best city-island in the world by National Geographic in 2015 and a is a place that is definitely worth visiting especially as it is so conveniently located between Zadar and Split. It is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site and has been since 1997.

Bad Tolz: Discovering Bavarian Charm in the Alpine Region

The last of the towns we visited in Bad Tolz is a pretty little spa town straddling the Isar River. Its lovely old town has attractive frescoed houses and quaint shops. It’s a busy place to be on the weekends when people flock from Munich to enjoy the towns famous, ultramodern swimming complex, Alpine slide and hiking trips along the river.
